Under the supervision of the Servicing Manager, the Customer Service Specialist role will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer inquiries and resolve concerns regarding Goodleap's consumer finance and mortgage products through incoming phone calls and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and answer questions regarding Goodleap's consumer finance and mortgage products
  • Prepare and send payoff quotes to customers
  • Research and resolve complicated customer account issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to quickly learning new systems
  • Strong computer skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to deal with clients at all stages of the process
  • Previous mortgage or consumer finance experience preferred

Compensation: $17.75 per hour.
