About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Home Care Staffing Coordinator to join our team at True Care NY. As a key member of our coordination department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless caregiver placement and coverage during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate caregiver placement and confirm visits for Home Health Aides
  • Provide full coverage for the evening period from 2pm-10pm
  • Communicate with family members or patients to ensure caregiver attendance
  • Manage call dashboard on HHA eXchange, clearing out missed ins, outs, and calls daily
  • Utilize available resources to find available aides for last-minute or called-out visits
  • Closedown office procedures, including securing documentation and information
Requirements
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking required
  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent
  • Experience in HHA eXchange is an asset
  • Knowledgeable of basic office software technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and motivated team player
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
