About the Job

This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, building relationships, and communicating products and services effectively. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with members by delivering personalized service and assistance.
  • Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services to provide informed advice and guidance.
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities to enhance member value and loyalty.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum 1-3 years of member servicing experience, including lending and/or account opening experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
