About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Korn Ferry Digital. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic business plans to maximize revenue from new clients by addressing their unique needs and opportunities.
  • Effectively research prospect organizations to understand their industry segment, key business drivers, and situational factors.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that persuade new and dormant clients to work with us.
  • Build strong internal networks and collaborate with resources to build solutions and deliver against client needs.
  • Establish reliable, sustainable relationships with key client buying influences.
  • Align with professional services and client management organization to ensure seamless transition of clients to new account owners.
Requirements
  • Extensive enterprise sales experience in a complex business environment, preferably selling SaaS services to the C-Suite.
  • Insatiable curiosity and drive to succeed.
  • Perseverant and upbeat attitude.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Strong pipeline analysis and opportunity forecasting skills.
  • Strong customer-centered selling skills.
  • Very strong influence skills.
  • Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Solutions-oriented with an understanding of how to work with senior-level management.
