Job Description

Job Summary:

Dermatology Employment, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Patient Account Navigator Lead to join our team. As a Patient Account Navigator Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Patient Registration: Collect and verify patient registration information, including demographic data and insurance details.
  • Cash Management: Manage cash transactions, process insurance updates, and reconcile charges and batches.
  • Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate degree or related education and experience.
  • Experience: Five plus years of medical front office experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
