Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Department Lead to join our team at Marukai Corp. This role will be responsible for leading the customer service team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and supporting the store management team in creating engaging shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of employees and provide guidance on customer service best practices
  • Plan and communicate employee work schedules to ensure efficient team performance
  • Place customer service department orders and manage cash registers
  • Provide high-quality customer service, including greeting customers and responding to inquiries and complaints
  • Manage customer orders, returns, and promotions
  • Organize and stock customer service display areas
  • Support store management in creating sales strategies and promoting store events
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a customer service supervisor in a retail environment
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Strong knowledge of retail customer service practices and industry standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
