Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Hartford, CT.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist to provide high-quality patient care and support our healthcare team. As a Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners, preparing patients for exams, and ensuring accurate and safe imaging procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of patients
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures, including maintaining patient records and reporting any issues to supervisors
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist
  • Current certification in Computed Tomography
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
