Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Physicians PremiER. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate radiologic equipment to produce radiographs (X-rays) of the body for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients on the exam table and adjust immobilization devices to obtain optimum views of specified areas of the body.
  • Practice radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patients, self, and staff.
  • Prepare patients for examinations, including contrast and IV placements.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Applied Science or equivalent with diploma/certification from an accredited school of Radiology Technologist.
  • At least two (2) years' experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital or emergency room setting.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists with a Current ARRT Certification and a valid Texas license from the Texas Medical Board.
