Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and professional greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Anticipate and respond promptly to guests' needs, exceeding their expectations
  • Promptly handle guest service requests and complaints, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Utilize our computer system to manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as process payments
  • Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintaining a cash drawer, and operating office equipment
  • Ensure the safety and security of our property, staff, and guests
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk role
  • Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliability and honesty
  • Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
