Job Overview

We are seeking an Applications Analyst to enhance our expanding Technology division at Bridgeway Benefit Technologies. This role is primarily focused on evaluating, synthesizing, and documenting data feeds to establish a comprehensive data model within our enterprise application framework. As an Applications Analyst, you will collaborate closely with essential stakeholders to drive process enhancements, system development, and application support.

Your responsibilities will include fostering and maintaining professional relationships with key personnel in our organization, acting as a liaison with vendors to gather, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for modifications to business processes and information systems, ensuring alignment with Bridgeway's strategic objectives. This position requires a candidate with a robust technical background and practical experience, who is self-sufficient yet receptive to guidance for enhancements and projects. A proactive mindset and a strong eagerness to learn about system interactions are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of enterprise solutions, particularly Clarizen, FreshDesk, Azure DevOps, Auth0, Sage Intactt, Hubspot, Litmos, ADP, and Lattice.
  • Evaluate user requirements, identify organizational needs, and propose solutions to address those needs.
  • Gather and define requirements for areas of improvement and quality assurance related to enterprise system integrations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal IT and vendor partners as the technical lead on enterprise systems integrations, new feature initiatives, and enhancements.
  • Analyze various systems and create a comprehensive enterprise data model that clearly delineates authoritative data sources.
  • Enhance the flow of information throughout the Bridgeway ecosystem while ensuring compliance with the enterprise data model. Develop application specifications, including flowcharts and diagrams.
  • Create integrations within the existing ecosystem to facilitate effective data flow.
  • Conduct routine system upgrades.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for applications post-installation.
  • Integrate new applications into the current ecosystem as necessary.
  • Deliver reporting and analysis based on data insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity are maintained in the appropriate repositories.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in information technology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software integration using APIs and webhooks.
  • Experience in configuring and managing applications and user accounts.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of scripting practices, integration development, and data conversion.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or Management of Information Systems.
