Job Summary:This Culinary Operations Manager position offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team, driving success through innovative menu development, cost control, and operational efficiency. If you are a motivated and experienced culinary professional, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the management of multiple retail outlets, including cafes, markets, a juice bar, coffee bars, and a conference center.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
- Purchase and manage inventory effectively, ensuring timely delivery of fresh ingredients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully launch new culinary programs and promotions.
Salary Range: $95,000-$110,000 per year
