  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize financial opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with the DoD's Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution process.
  • Experience with the DoD's Program Objective Memorandum cycle, budget estimate process and the President's budget process.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with managing financial programs, projects or budgets.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience using communication skills, both written and oral, to include conducting research and preparing written products to present information.
  • Required Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in any field of study.
  • Preferred Skills and Relevant Experience: Preferred certificate, degree or higher-level education to be in business, finance or accounting discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Contract Officer Representative.
  • Experience with OSD CAPE (cost assessment and program evaluation) processes.
  • Experience with DoD Force Management.
  • Experience with the DoD Defense Agencies Initiative.
  • Experience interacting at the most senior levels of the DoD staff and Interagency (Offices of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, and Combatant Commands) (general officer/flag officer/senior executive service level).
  • Knowledge of or experience with OIE related field(s).
