Job Title: Senior Budget Analyst

At JMark Services Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Budget Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our budget and financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for special access and special programs initiatives and efforts
  • Compile and present budget exhibits, spend plans, travel forecasts, burn-sheets, budget reports, and budget execution documentation
  • Work closely with our Financial Management and Accounting office to execute the budget
  • Support regular communications with the FMA office to determine funding status, funding commitments, and funding execution
  • Enable funding of dynamic SASP un-forecasted requirements by preparing and submitting required documentation to FMA
  • Develop strategic financial plans to ensure the effective use of our resources
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree - Required
  • Top Secret Clearance; Eligible for SCI - Required
  • Minimum of 15 years of budget management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Planning, Program, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) phases of the DoD budget
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with budget formulation, enactment, and execution
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience monitoring organizational spending, managing required reports
  • Experience informing senior leaders on organizational financial status
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with the Congressional budget process

This is a full-time position that operates in a professional office environment. The selected candidate will be required to work Monday through Friday and may be required to travel occasionally. The physical demands of this position include standing, walking, and using standard office equipment.
