Regional Sales Manager, Sports Capital

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our Sports Capital Portfolio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive sales growth and revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Present and negotiate capital pricing and program performance terms with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of capital equipment sales experience
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development
- Excellent influencing and communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively up to 75%
