Job Summary

This position will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing multidiscipline projects consisting of process design and capital improvement projects for clients. The individual should be capable of performing the technical work ranging from studies/masterplanning to design on projects. The individual will also be required to serve as a key liaison for Ardurra customers to maintain effective communication, update the status of existing projects, and develop ongoing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform or manage engineering/process design, including studies, masterplanning, and detailed design.
  • Develop proposals in response to requests for proposals/qualifications and lead Ardurra in teaming opportunities.
  • Guide, direct, and coordinate with multiple departments and sub-consultants required for multi-discipline projects.
  • Perform communication and business development duties with current and potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience required designing and delivering projects in the relevant market sector.
  • Professional Engineer's license in the state or the ability to gain licensure within 3 months of hire is a must.
  • Experience in managing production and treatment projects as well as or experience performing design and construction management.
  • Advanced understanding of principles and state regulations is required.
  • Candidate must be self-motivated, able to lead or assist a project team to completion of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
