Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Provide on-site supervision and coordination of construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
  • Trade Management: Organize and manage trade contractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and identify potential issues.
  • Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including owners, designers, and trade contractors.
  • Project Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deadlines.

Requirements
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience as a Construction Project Superintendent in high-rise residential, hotel, and/or office commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
