Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage restoration projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
  • Manage and supervise a team of restoration technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Communicate with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure that project expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct site visits to assess damage, develop project plans, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation, including project files, reports, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
  • IICRC certification a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
