Summer Camp Facilitator Position

World Changers Non-Profit Org is seeking a Preschool Age Activity Coordinator to join our team. This individual will organize and facilitate age-appropriate activities for children aged 3-4.5. We spend our time facilitating themed activities and supporting guest instructors who will engage kiddos and families in a professional and loving manner. Kids explore martial arts, dance, art, etc, we build obstacle courses, engage their curiosity in nature, and support their social-emotional development. We spend 60% of our time outdoors.
Responsibilities- Must have confidence working with preschool-aged children
- Must have experience creating and curating art and other activities
- Create a fun and safe learning environment
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
- Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
- Maintain the health and safety of all students
- Self-lead but works well with others
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to build rapport with children
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be responsible, punctual, and have transportation
