Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regional strategies to enhance parking operations, increase revenue, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional goals with corporate objectives.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational performance.
- Manage budgets and financial performance for the region, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional managers, operations managers, and staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication, training, and support.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for staff development and retention.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and implementing service improvements.
- Develop and enforce customer service standards and procedures to enhance the overall parking experience.
- Ensure all parking operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including ADA compliance and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure facility and operational compliance.
- Develop and manage budgets for the region, including forecasting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote parking services and enhance brand presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, local government officials, and community organizations.
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of parking management technologies and systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to leverage technology for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Urban Planning, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in parking management, operations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and driving financial performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of parking regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Experience with parking management software and technology integration is a plus.
Frequent travel within the designated region. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Office and fieldwork environment, with occasional exposure to outdoor elements and parking facilities.
