About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Director to lead our recruitment strategy and develop a forward-focused approach that drives business growth.

The successful candidate will report to the Chief People Officer and will be responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, who can work collaboratively with senior leaders to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that attracts top talent and drives business growth.
  2. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending employment offers.
  3. Position the company as a great place to work and design & execute branding strategy with the Marketing team.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations for competitive attraction strategies.
  5. Manage the Campus Recruiting program, including selecting target schools, championing recruiting teams and building brand recognition of internship and full-time opportunities.
  6. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with leadership, potential candidates and existing staff, to promote a strong sense of engagement and commitment.
  7. Continuously improve the selection process and hiring decisions that reflect the business needs.
  8. Create strategies that creatively differentiate ourselves in the marketplace that disrupt our current traditional recruiting practices.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, 5+ years managing companywide projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills; Excellent presentation, interpersonal, counseling, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence conversations and work through building of relationships.
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives and projects and prioritize based on business needs and impacts.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint presentation, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Track record of developing sourcing strategies such as internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, campus recruiting and job postings, that continually feed the candidate pipeline.
  • Ownership of meaningful recruiting KPIs and other key business metrics (e.g. Time to Fill, etc)
