Endoscopy Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Endoscopy RN to join our team at Ochsner Health. As a leader in patient care, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing services to our patients and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Delegate and direct licensed and ancillary team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Exhibit sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity in all interactions
- Maintain involvement in activities aimed toward the achievement of unit and departmental strategic goals and objectives
- Support the company's philosophy of nursing and demonstrate professional responsibility and accountability for your own practice
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Certification in clinical specialty area
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
