Job Summary

We are seeking a Community Support Specialist to work one on one with individuals in the Burlington area who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will provide community and living supports, as well as community networking services.

The ideal candidate will be able to assist with daily personal needs and habilitative skills. This is a flexible role with various shifts and hours available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily lives
  • Assist with habilitative skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence and self-advocacy

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
