Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Caregiver and Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting their emotional well-being, and supporting their personal growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Create and implement behavior plans to promote positive behaviors and self-care skills
  • Cook meals and do laundry while encouraging independence
  • Complete housekeeping tasks, including vacuuming and washing dishes
  • Help plan client appointments and organize schedules
  • Arrange transportation to appointments and social outings
  • Purchase groceries and prepare meals that meet specific dietary needs
  • Encourage engagement in social networks and communities
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily data and progress notes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license of at least 3 years' duration
  • Clean criminal background check
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
