HR Support Specialist

We are seeking an HR Support Specialist to join our team at Sheetz. This role is perfect for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in human resources and understand the inner workings of a professional HR department.
Responsibilities- Support internal recruitment efforts, new employee onboarding, and assist with orientation.
- Observe and support employee relations investigations.
- Help plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Maintain accurate employee records, data entry, and tracking. Assist with payroll review and corrections.
- Support special HR projects, such as policy reviews, diversity initiatives, and process improvements.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- No prior experience is required, but previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
