Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at the Ford-Lincoln Veteran Careers Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, to ensure vehicles are running efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical training and certifications, to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician, with a strong background in diagnostics and repair.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, including drug screening and background investigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
