Catering Sales Leader Opportunity

Rosa Mexicano is seeking a highly motivated Catering Sales Leader to drive private dining and catering sales across the restaurant network. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and event coordination skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase private event and catering sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, operations management, and culinary teams
  • Coordinate event logistics, including menu planning, event calendar management, and financial reporting
  • Participate in weekly meetings with restaurant management to review event details and sales performance
  • Conduct site visits to showcase event spaces and provide operational insights to clients
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of restaurant catering sales experience
  • Strong sales and event coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Previous experience with TripleSeat is a plus
