Position Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Regional Support to deliver nursing services across our North Texas market. This is a permanent, full-time role, typically assisting our branches for a duration of 13-26 weeks. The position reports to the AVP of Operations and involves temporary assignments in branches experiencing vacancies, increased patient census, or additional staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care services to hospice patients while providing support to their families.
  • Oversee an interdisciplinary team, including Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and support staff, to enhance the quality of hospice care.
  • Manage clinical records for all assigned patients.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse license to practice in the relevant state.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in oncology, long-term care, hospice, or home health. School internships and clinical hours may be considered in specific cases.
  • Exhibit compassion, kindness, and empathy towards patients and their families.
