Position Title: Manager of Enterprise Systems Validation

Overview:
This position entails overseeing a team of managers and professionals dedicated to the validation of enterprise systems. The team operates across various locations and collaborates closely with research and development to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle. This role involves engaging with diverse stakeholders to manage validation efforts and uncover opportunities for process enhancements and cost efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to a multi-tiered team focused on coordinating and executing validation and implementation initiatives for products and solutions.
  • Establish a robust framework for managing complex technical domains, complete with defined objectives and long-term strategies.
  • Utilize specialized knowledge across different sectors to spearhead change initiatives.
  • Support all stages of product development for various offerings within the organization.
  • Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and budget management for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with program managers, marketing teams, and technical leaders to report on project status and facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to set timelines for feature releases and address any issues.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers, ensuring clear communication regarding expectations and deliverables.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures proactively.
  • Lead people management efforts for direct reports, including recruitment, performance evaluation, coaching, and career development.

Qualifications:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a managerial capacity, ideally in product development and validation.
