- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of New York.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Basic medical knowledge and terminology.
- Computer skills and data entry experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Minimum one year of experience as an LPN in a primary care setting.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
- Phlebotomy and EKG skills.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with varying shifts between 8:00am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment with occasional exposure to dirt, odors, and noise.
