Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to provide support for the maintenance and toolroom areas at our Wichita Coleman facility. The successful candidate will utilize Newell Brands' Micromain, Ariba, and SAP software systems to track machine downtime and parts delivery status, while liaising with other process owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track projects initiated by Maintenance and Toolroom for day-to-day operations and Capital/PEAK projects.
  • Act as liaison between suppliers and internal groups.
  • Monitor and coordinate with Maintenance Planner/Buyer and Maintenance Leader on Capital AR status.
  • Issue purchase orders and schedule delivery of parts and raw materials consistent with maintenance demands.
  • Work with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production on training documentation and SOPs.
  • Assist with Preventative Maintenance administration through Micromain and review maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure SEAL programs assigned to Maintenance and Toolroom are on schedule.
  • Utilize SAP to track incoming parts for PMs and ensure spare part requirements are generated with initial orders.
  • Work with Maintenance Planner/Buyer to set up and enter new equipment into the system.
  • Track equipment downtime and repair costs to justify upgrades or replacements.
  • Execute assigned administrative duties, special projects, tracking, and reporting.
Requirements
  • 2 years' industrial maintenance experience or similar preferred.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
