Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Commerce Bank. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our offices and banking facilities. This includes maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, landscaping, roofing, parking lots, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the originator
  • Maintain and repair HVAC, electric, and plumbing equipment
  • Assist with establishing schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services
  • Train or coordinate training in facility maintenance and safety inspection programs
  • Monitor and control supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate contract services with contractors
  • Work directly with the facility manager on special projects
  • Participate in the preparation of the maintenance budget
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree from an accredited technical institution preferred
  • 2+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience required
  • Basic knowledge of computerized building control systems
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Ability to perform complex maintenance duties and operate related equipment
  • Valid driver's license and meeting Commerce Bank's driving record criteria
