**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at GFF. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the maintenance department, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Generate purchase orders for maintenance-related purchases and process invoices for payment
* Maintain parts inventory within guidelines and needs of the maintenance department
* Process safety work orders and keep track of orders to expedite completion
* Maintain up-to-date records and reports in the system
* Communicate and negotiate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and lowest possible price
* Perform data entry for maintenance-related PMs and maintain inventory documents

**Requirements:**

* Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
* 2-3 years of similar experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Attention to detail

**Salary:**

$24.00 per hour
