Position Summary

StorageMart is in search of a motivated and proactive site supervisor who possesses sales expertise, exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive demeanor, and a readiness to achieve significant earnings through a combination of base salary and commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their storage requirements.
  • Support both reservation and walk-in clients in securing storage units (no cold calling involved).
  • Promote and sell merchandise, as well as moving and packing supplies.
  • Ensure the property is well-maintained and presents a safe and inviting atmosphere.
  • Oversee cash management, including verifying, balancing the cash drawer, and preparing deposits.

Qualifications:

  • Background in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or casual dining.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work outdoors, clean units, and maintain the grounds.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and vehicle/insurance is required (mileage compensated).
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to and from work.
  • Basic computer skills and the physical capability to perform job duties (lifting up to 50 pounds, moving, ascending/descending, traversing the property, etc.).
