Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Home Equity loan operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate lending and management experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive successful performance of employees and address performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage and support all Home Equity loan processes, including processing, underwriting, funding, and member service.
  • Ensure proper workforce planning and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on productivity, turn times, and volumes to the director.
  • Collaborate with other management team leaders to achieve overall goals.
  • Recognize areas needing improvement and take appropriate action.
  • Update and create monthly statistical reports to provide to management.
  • Serve as backup to the Director.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or management preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in real estate lending required.
  • 5 years of management experience required.
  • Extensive knowledge of home lending compliance and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to lead and influence.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to organize and handle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
