Key Responsibilities:

  • Change management – Oversee the initiation, planning, and execution of product changes.
  • Product librarian – Build and maintain cost objects, variables, and parametric functions in Innergy ERP to ensure accuracy for estimating, project management, purchasing, and manufacturing.
  • Cross-functional coordination – Act as the main contact between engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, and lead change control meetings.
  • Documentation – Collect and maintain accurate records of all material, product, and labor standards.
  • Process improvement – Identify ways to improve the change process and related business practices.
  • Data analysis - Analyze labor usage to update standards and provide insights for optimization.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in engineering change management, document control, ERP coordination, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with C# programming, experience with Innergy ERP Product Library, process implementation, and knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques.

Work Environment:

  • Large-scale graphics and architectural millwork production facility – mild exposure to sawdust, cleaning materials, and shop machinery noise.
