About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Perioperative Nurse Anesthetist to join our team. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer anesthetic agents to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Completed a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) program
  • Valid CRNA certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on experience, plus shift premiums and a comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice insurance, health insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, 401(k) matching, and profit-sharing.
