Med Ninjas seeks an exceptional Senior Perioperative Anesthesiology Specialist to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled CRNA to take their career to the next level in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a Senior Perioperative Anesthesiology Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert anesthesia care to patients in a hospital-based setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other specialists
  • Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations, administer anesthesia, and manage post-anesthesia recovery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Nurse Anesthesia or a related field
  • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • At least 3 years of experience in perioperative anesthesia practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
