Position Summary:

Etain LLC is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to assume the role of Manufacturing Associate. This position is hands-on and ideal for those who thrive in a production environment. Manufacturing Associates play a crucial role in executing routine manufacturing tasks and must work collaboratively to meet departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency in manufacturing areas by sanitizing surfaces, disposing of waste, and ensuring equipment is in working order.
  • Keep accurate daily records of activities, production yields, quality assessments, and maintenance tasks, both on paper and through company software.
  • Safely operate all manufacturing and packaging equipment as instructed by management.
  • Produce a variety of Etain LLC products, ensuring proper labeling and child-resistant packaging.
  • Achieve high efficiency levels to fulfill product order requirements.
  • Assist in Quality Control and Quality Assurance checks for all production lots.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
  • Employ sanitary practices and maintain high personal hygiene standards essential for the sterile manufacturing of medical products.

Work Environment:

This role involves manual labor within a manufacturing facility, requiring a keen attention to detail. Daily use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, hair nets, gloves, and safety glasses, is mandatory to ensure the safety of all personnel.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in computer use and capable of accurate data entry.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Competent in performing repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Able to learn new software programs.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
  • Exhibits a high level of manual dexterity.
