Cultivation Quality Specialist

Etain LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cultivation Quality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and compliance of our cannabis products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide daily and weekly cultivation quality activities through our Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure overall quality, compliance, and safety within the cultivation department
  • Verify personnel and processes adhere to production plans and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Cultivation Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to achieve quality and compliance goals

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a cultivation environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding and experience with seed to sale systems functionalities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capable of adapting to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Certified Quality Inspector Certification or obtained within 90 days of employment
