Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Prep Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing food items needed for meal service while following established recipes and portion control guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items needed for meal service
  • Follow established recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment

Pay Range: $16.20 - $18.85 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
