About the Role

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a skilled Nutrition Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutritional care to patients and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop effective nutrition plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient data and develop comprehensive nutrition assessments to identify nutritional problems and goals.
  • Communicate with patients and families to educate them on nutrition and provide personalized counseling.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement nutrition care plans.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure high-quality nutrition care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience in a healthcare facility.
  • Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills.
