Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Engineer I to join our team at Seminole Gaming. As an HVAC Engineer I, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, ductwork, and related equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and implement repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of all systems.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or associate's degree in HVAC or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair.
  • Florida state EPA HVAC License required.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret schematics, plans, and diagrams.
Work Environment

The HVAC Engineer I will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent exposure to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke and excessive noise.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
