Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all on-site construction operations for commercial projects with budgets exceeding $7 million.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure adherence to project schedules and financial plans.
  • Guarantee that all work is executed to the utmost standards of quality and safety, complying with all relevant codes and regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with the project management team, providing consistent updates on project status, obstacles, and resolutions.
  • Conduct routine site evaluations to track progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other essential stakeholders to ensure the project objectives are achieved.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects with budgets of $7 million or greater.

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
