POSITION OVERVIEW

We provide training for eligible candidates. The primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of all patrons utilizing the water facilities at Pirates Cove Water Park while fostering a clean, secure, and enjoyable environment. This role encompasses administering first aid, performing general cleaning, and conducting maintenance tasks. All prospective employees must agree to a criminal background check and successfully complete a drug screening.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive but serve as a flexible framework for the role. They may be adjusted as necessary to meet organizational objectives.

  1. Monitor all activities of guests in the swimming pool and surrounding areas.
  2. Provide first aid assistance when required.
  3. Conduct minor maintenance tasks within the facility.
  4. Manage water quality testing and maintenance.
  5. Administer emergency first aid and CPR as needed.
  6. Greet and assist all visitors entering Pirates Cove.
  7. Enforce all operational rules, policies, and regulations.
  8. Perform necessary tasks to uphold a clean and safe environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING

A combination of education and/or experience that equips the individual with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for outstanding job performance.

COMPENSATION

$16.50 per hour
