Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Program Manager to join our team at Highlands Ranch Community Assoc. The successful candidate will be responsible for the training and operation of specific programs for the Coached Aquatics and Summer Swim programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in training, scheduling, and supervising Coached Aquatic Staff I & II.
  • Responsible for all aspects of program including lesson plans, staffing, participant's progression and interaction with parents.
  • Ensure program adheres to the highest standards of quality and provides all participants with a fair and valuable experience.
  • Responsible for the safety of participants and coaches while always adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Establish a balance between the competitive and recreational aspects of all Coached Aquatics and Summer Swim Programs.
  • Extensive interaction with parents involved in the Summer Swim program.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Ability to effectively coach and train large numbers of children.
  • Ability to react effectively to all potential mental, physical and stressful situations inherent to the duties of a first responder.
  • Ability to communicate with members, staff and the public in a courteous and effective manner.
  • American Red Cross Community First Aid and Safety certification is preferred.
  • Must pass a drug and background screening.

Education and Experience
