Front Office Management Lead

Overview:
Holiday Inn Express Charleston seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our front office department.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with location and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front office personnel to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and accounting procedures.
- Manage the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas to ensure a smooth operation.
- Prepare monthly reports and budget for the front office department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English fluently.
- Minimum one year of hotel front desk supervisory experience with expertise in cash handling, accounting procedures, and administrative tasks.
