Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. as an Assistant Nurse Manager - Peritoneal Dialysis. This role is responsible for the management of dialysis facility operations and supervision of nursing personnel to ensure safe and efficient dialysis treatments for all patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dialysis facility, ensuring compliance with DCI policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Nursing Personnel Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Treatment Coordination: Coordinate patient treatments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement standards of care, ensuring compliance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, and DCI's Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
  • Training and Development: Plan and provide training for patient care staff, working closely with the nurse educator to ensure staff are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, staff nurses, and equipment technicians to ensure seamless patient care and unit operations.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure and relevant experience in dialysis nursing.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising nursing staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
