About the Role

As a Recovery Coach Program Coordinator at Arbour Hospital, you will play a vital role in overseeing, developing, and expanding our Recovery Coach program. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review incoming referrals for Recovery Coach services, assess client needs, and assign cases to Recovery Coaches.
  • Conduct regular group and individual supervision to Recovery Coaches.
  • Ensure services received are appropriately documented.
  • Maintain a small caseload of clients in need of coaching services.
  • Coordinate with the director of substance abuse services, clinic manager, and step-down navigator.
  • Knowledge of Arbour services and community resources.
  • Complete administrative duties, including clinical documentation, data collection, and reporting.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • CADC, LADC, or related degree preferred.
  • Willingness to complete Recovery Coach Supervisor Training within 6 months of hire.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
  • Experience in leadership roles with staff management and supervision.
