About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in an outpatient clinical setting. As a Limited License Psychologist, you will work with a diverse patient population, treating a wide range of mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to inform treatment plans.
  • Establish treatment goals with measurable steps for clients, providing individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Lead crisis intervention methods and develop functional assessments and behavioral intervention plans.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation according to policy.

Requirements:

  • Master's Level Psychologist with an active Limited License in Massachusetts.
  • Ability to provide a minimum of 15 scheduled visits per week, with some evening sessions and Saturday appointments expected.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children or adolescents.
  • Proven ability to provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
  • Strong computer and basic technology skills.
  • Demonstrated history of professional growth and development.
  • Self-motivated and independent clinician with excellent rapport-building skills.
