About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in an outpatient clinical setting. As a Limited License Psychologist, you will work with a diverse patient population, treating a wide range of mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to inform treatment plans.
- Establish treatment goals with measurable steps for clients, providing individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
- Lead crisis intervention methods and develop functional assessments and behavioral intervention plans.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation according to policy.
Requirements:
- Master's Level Psychologist with an active Limited License in Massachusetts.
- Ability to provide a minimum of 15 scheduled visits per week, with some evening sessions and Saturday appointments expected.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or adolescents.
- Proven ability to provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
- Strong computer and basic technology skills.
- Demonstrated history of professional growth and development.
- Self-motivated and independent clinician with excellent rapport-building skills.
