Key Responsibilities
  • Understand vehicle characteristics, capabilities, and features to provide informed guidance to customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, matching their needs to our extensive inventory.
  • Demonstrate vehicles, explaining features and benefits, and taking test drives to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Meet and greet customers, prospects, and community members, fostering strong relationships and driving sales.
  • Complete sales by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in sales events, staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
Requirements
  • Previous automotive sales experience is highly valued.
  • Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-driven and motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and strategizing skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than two violations in the past three years.
